Why Go Green?
The EARTH is in peril. The only known planet that can support life, Earth, ironically and disappointingly, is being wasted by the same beings it is supporting. Now, fittingly, it is returning the favor to these beings known as men. Fittingly, it is unleashing its power, making it known to men that for every mis-action, there will be terrible reactions. Consider these facts :

• SEA LEVEL : From 1993 - present, sea level have risen an average of 3.26mm/year. This is due to widespread melting of land ice which is due to GLOBAL WARMING. Coastal areas (like most of the Philippines) are in danger of being submerged. Polar Bears and other animals of the Polar Region are in danger of losing their habitats.
• CARBON DIOXIDE (CO2) : CO2 level in our atmosphere have risen, mainly due to large-scale deforestation and burning of fossil fuels. The highest CO2 concentration in our atmosphere before 1950 was 300 parts per million(ppm) which was in 300,000 years BC. In the last 50-60 years the concentration has reached to almost 390 ppm. - a very steep rise. This rise has contributed prominently to GLOBAL WARMING since CO2 is a GREENHOUSE gas.
• GLOBAL SURFACE TEMPERATURE : From 1950 - 1980, the Global Surface Temperature has risen 0.15°C. From 1980 - 2010, the increase was 0.4°C - more than twice the increase in the period 1950 - 1980.
• ARCTIC SEA ICE - there was a decrease in Arctic Sea Ice of 11.2% per decade from 1979 - present.

The impacts are all there, in front of us, staring us, eye to eye. Most of us may still be living comfortably, but think of the future, think of the next generation. Would you want future generations to curse us, the NOW generation, for not doing our share to protect this Earth (which is their Earth too)?

Why Go Solar Energy?
One of the biggest contributor of Climate Change is the burning of Fossil Fuels (or Oil, as we commonly refer to it). One way of burning Fossil Fuels is when we use these to generate electricity. We use Fossil Fuel to heat up our Boilers, which will, in turn, gives off steam that will drive or rotate our Generators, enabling it to produce electricity.

These burning of Fossil Fuel creates Carbon Dioxide (CO2) - a Greenhouse gas. As CO2 concentration in our atmosphere increases, it will blanket the Earth, making it hard for sunlight to bounce back off to space, thereby heating the Earth, raising its ground and atmospheric temperature. The result : Global Warming.

We stop Global Warming when we stop burning Fossil Fuels. What is the alternative then : SOLAR ENERGY

There are a lot of ways to produce electricity without burning Fossil Fuel : Wind Power, Hydroelectric, Thermal Power Plant - but these require enormous investments (generator sets, power lines, etc.). SOLAR ENERGY is the only alternative to Fossil Fuel that can be easily installed practically everywhere. More and more houses around the world are being built with SOLAR PANELS. Before, cost was too much to set-up SOLAR PANELS on your homes, but with recent technologies, SOLAR ENERGY is fast becoming affordable even by ordinary people.

Furthermore, in SOLAR ENERGY, you will be hitting two birds with one stone. Not only will you be able to contribute in stopping Global Warming, you will also help the environment in conserving its resources. Remember that Fossil Fuel is not an inexhaustible fuel. Oil wells will one day dry up. SOLAR ENERGY is inexhaustible and its free!

So why go Green? Because we owe it to ourselves and to our children and to our grandchildren that we protect this planet of ours.
